Cruising around Park Cities, one can’t help but notice all the construction that is going on. From Bordeaux in the south, to Caruth in the north, every street seems to be buzzing with activity.

For anyone that has wondered who is building all these homes, this article is for you. Nineteen home builders are profiled, all with currently active projects in the Park Cities.

Keep in mind this is just a small sample, as in Highland Park alone, over 950 general contractors are registered with the city.
